Location/Parking

Located in the Spencer Building #9 (w/ the large mural of the boy on a telephone) of the Pepperell Mill in Biddeford. There is a sign reading "York St. Private Way, Parking By Permit Only" However, there is parking available in this lot that you do not need a permit for. 2 hour Parking is located along the tree line. DOC parking is open to our customers after 5pm, and on the weekends. See highlighted photo.
