DCM dance studio is located in the Spencer Building (with the large mural of the boy on a telephone) of the Pepperell Mill in Biddeford. There is a sign reading "York St. Private Way, Parking By Permit Only" However there is parking available in this lot that you do not need a permit for. 2 hour Parking is located along the trees. DOC parking is open to our customers after 5pm.
